Headhunted. Never inbound.
We don't post a job and see who turns up. Our sourcers map the strongest people doing this work in each market we cover, then go to them directly. The pool starts with people we chose, not people who chose us.
Contractanaut headhunts international finance, operations, admin and sales professionals for US businesses, confirms their availability every week, and puts three of them in front of you within 48 hours. One flat monthly rate. Nothing due until they start.
No call required to see who's featured. US companies only.
A sample of recent work: 22 seats across these four companies, each filled from brief to first day of work in 4–7 days.

Hiring the usual way means writing the ad, triaging the inbox, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and then waiting out a notice period. We start from the other end: people we have already found, already vetted, and already confirmed free.
No job posts. No inbox. No placement fee. You describe the seat, we bring the people, and you only pay once someone is actually working for you.
A 20-minute call. We ask what the person will actually do on a Tuesday, which software they'll live in, and which hours you need covered. If we don't think we can fill it well, we tell you on the call.
We headhunt instead of posting, so the candidates are people we went and found. Each one has been interviewed by us, had two references checked by phone, and has confirmed they're available on a date we can show you. Interviews are on your calendar within 48 hours.
We contract them, run payroll, and handle onboarding. Between offer and start they're trained on your role and on working with AI, Claude Code included. From day one an AI assistant captures how the job is done, so the knowledge stays with the seat. Your first month is billed on the start date. If it isn't working, we replace them free, as many times as it takes.
The reason most outsourced hires disappoint isn't the person. It's that everything they learn about your business walks out the door with them. We fixed that at the root.
Every person we place is trained to work with AI as a matter of course: Claude Code, Claude and ChatGPT, and the AI features inside the tools you already run. You get a bookkeeper who automates the reconciliation, not one who retypes it.
As they work, an AI assistant documents the job: the processes, the exceptions, the way you like things done. It builds a living playbook of the seat, so nothing about how your business runs lives only in one person's head.
A replacement doesn't start from zero. They ask the AI how you code invoices, who approves refunds, or what "urgent" means at your company, and get the answer your last person would have given. It's why we can offer unlimited replacement and mean it.
The same AI gives the person daily or weekly feedback on their work, as often as the role needs it, and flags to us when something drifts. Problems surface in days, while they're still small. You can see the summary too, if you want it.
Every person on our bench was headhunted, interviewed and reference-checked by the same sourcer before they came anywhere near a client. Four gates, in this order, no exceptions. The people who don't clear them are people you never have to meet.
We don't post a job and see who turns up. Our sourcers map the strongest people doing this work in each market we cover, then go to them directly. The pool starts with people we chose, not people who chose us.
A real conversation with the sourcer who found them, about the actual work: what they've run, which software they live in, how they handle the messy Tuesday. Not a form, not a bot, not a recorded video.
The same sourcer calls two people the candidate has worked for and verifies what we were told, line by line. No "references available on request". If a reference doesn't hold up, the candidate doesn't go forward.
Only then do they join the roster. From that day they confirm to us, in writing, every week that they're free to start. A confirmed date older than seven days pulls their card by itself. What you see is the current state, never a stale one.
Same four gates for every person, in every market. By the time someone is on your shortlist, all four are already behind them. The only check left is yours.
What you never see: everyone who didn't clear a gate. They're not on the bench, so they're never on your shortlist.
A few of the people on our bench right now. Each one was headhunted by us, interviewed by us, reference-checked by us, and confirmed available on the date shown. The four gates are the same for every person. Request an interview and you'll be talking to them within 48 hours.
Every "confirmed" date is the day the person last told us, in writing, that they're free to start. If a date is older than a week, the card comes down by itself. These are a selection: tell us the role and we'll send a shortlist matched to it.

Read the full case studyOne flat monthly rate, published here because you should know it before the call. Every seat is full-time, dedicated to you, and works your hours. The rate covers the person, the headhunting, the contracting, the payroll and the guarantee. There is nothing else to pay.
Inbox, calendar, travel, docs, light bookkeeping.
Dispatch, orders, intake, CRM and systems.
Outbound, qualification, service, renewals.
Bookkeeping, AP/AR, close, reporting.
Engineering and AI seats are scoped and priced on the call, in writing, within a day. Rates are for full-time, dedicated seats and vary with seniority and market.
We can afford this because the AI layer means a replacement inherits the job instead of restarting it. Most firms say "guaranteed" and hide the conditions in the contract. Ours are short enough to print here.
The replacement covers the seat you originally briefed. If the job has changed, we re-brief it, still at no fee.
We can only fix what we can see. Give the person real work and tell us in writing what isn't working, and we act on it.
Every placement gets a fair two weeks before a replacement is requested. Most problems surface, or resolve, inside that window.
If a seat has been through three people, something other than the people is wrong. Either side can end the engagement on the same 30 days' written notice.
You are handing someone your inbox, your books or your CRM. Here is exactly what we do about that, and who you are dealing with.
Who you contract with. Contractanaut LLC, a limited liability company based in Kosovo. You contract us, and we contract the person. Invoices are in USD, paid by ACH to a US bank account provided by Payoneer.
Because we don't start looking when you call. We headhunt continuously in the markets we work in, interview people before there's a seat for them, and confirm their availability every week. When your brief lands, we're matching, not sourcing.
A sourcer on our team, and the same one for all four gates: they find the person, interview them live, call two of their references, and record the weekly availability check. Nothing is handed to a form or a bot. The four gates are laid out above, and they're the same for everyone on the bench.
You contract Contractanaut LLC, a limited liability company based in Kosovo, and we contract the person, pay them, and handle everything on their side. You pay one flat monthly invoice in USD, by ACH to a US bank account provided by Payoneer. You get a dedicated full-time team member without a foreign payroll, an entity or a tax question.
Yes. Every seat is briefed with the hours you need, and we only shortlist people who have confirmed they'll work them. Most of our placements work a standard Eastern or Central time day.
Tell us in writing and we replace them, free, as many times as it takes. The four conditions are published above. There's no replacement fee and no re-onboarding fee.
It works alongside the person on the job itself: the tasks, the documents, the tools and the way things get done in your business. It turns that into a playbook for the seat and gives the person regular feedback on their work. The person knows it's there and works with it, not under it.
You can read the playbook and the feedback summaries whenever you like, and you decide which systems it works in.
Month to month, billed in advance, with 30 days' written notice to end. No placement fee, no setup fee, and nothing at all until the person's first day.
Almost certainly. The list on this page is where we're deepest, not the edge of what we do. We've placed 3D designers for a window manufacturer and Formlabs-trained dental technicians for an aligner company. Describe the seat and we'll tell you on the call whether we can fill it well.
Bring the role. We'll bring three people who can start next week. If we can't fill it, we'll say so on the call.
